Abu Rumi is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding at Daraz, where expertise in aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives has led to successful management of end-to-end recruitment processes for various employee categories. Additionally, Rumi serves as a Brand Ambassador for Global Goodwill Ambassadors, focusing on Sustainable Development Goals related to human rights and environmental protection. Previous positions include Deputy General Manager at Development Design Consultants Ltd. and Head of Human Resources at Greenland Technologies Ltd., where significant contributions were made in talent recruitment, organizational development, and project management. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from the University of Dhaka, a B.Sc in Civil Engineering from Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Bangladesh Institute of Management.
