Kashish Sharma began their career in 2020 as a Human Resources Executive at KARALI CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED. In 2021, they moved to GalaxyCard, where they continued to serve as a Human Resources Executive.

Kashish Sharma earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Media Studies from Delhi University between 2015 and 2018.
