Sarah I. has a diverse work experience spanning over several positions and industries. Sarah started their career as an Intern at The Cutting Room Recording Studio, where they assisted with mixing, recording, and studio setup. Sarah then worked as a Promotions Assistant at Sirius Satellite Radio, promoting the company's products at events and engaging with consumers.

Next, Sarah joined Alliance Sourcing Network, Inc. as an Administrative Coordinator / Junior Financial Recruiter. In this role, they managed office operations, supported executive management, and organized procedures.

Sarah's career then transitioned to NYU Langone Medical Center, where they held various HR roles. As a Project Assistant, they answered phones, directed applicants to the website, and facilitated the interview process. Sarah was later promoted to Staffing Assistant, responsible for new hire onboarding, coordinating interviews, and maintaining communication with recruiters. Finally, they became an HR Operations Coordinator, managing human resources functions across ambulatory sites and integrating physicians and staff.

After their tenure at NYU Langone, Sarah joined CareCentrix. Sarah started as a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator, coordinating program implementations and handling employee files. Sarah then moved on to become a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist, responsible for background checks, drug screenings, training coordination, and travel reimbursement for senior/executive level applicants. Eventually, Sarah became the Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations, where they managed a team of recruiters and streamlined the recruitment process, resulting in reduced time-to-fill roles. Unfortunately, their position was eliminated when the company was acquired by Walgreens.

Currently, Sarah holds the position of Director of Talent at GalaxyCon LLC., starting in 2024.

Sarah I. holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of New Hampshire. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition from Cornell University in 2023.
