Gleason Rogers

Gleason Rogers is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management, diversity and inclusion, and employee development. Currently serving as the HR Director of Talent & Leadership Development and the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Tractor Supply Company since May 2016, Gleason has held various roles including Training and Development Manager and Corporate Recruiter. Prior experience includes roles as a Recruiting Consultant at Addison Group, Human Resources Manager at R H Boyd Publishing Company, and Human Resources Business Partner at Youth Visions Inc. Gleason also worked in human resources roles at Bridgestone and UPS, where foundational skills were developed over a seven-year period. Gleason holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Lipscomb University.
