Alison Pettigrew has held various positions in the customer service and legal industries. In 2016, they began working at Galaxy Digital as the Director of Customer Experience, leading a team of 12 focused on providing the best customer experience possible. Her roles included onboarding, education, support, success, and product enhancement sprints. Alison also served as a Customer Care Specialist, providing support to nonprofits across the country and leading weekly live trainings. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Valet Gourmet as a Customer Service Manager, creating SOPs for the team and increasing catering sales by 30% year over year. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Alleman Law Firm as a Legal Assistant.
Alison Pettigrew is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from East Carolina University, with an expected graduation date of 2023. Alison has also obtained a certification in Creating a Culture of Change from LinkedIn in January 2022.
