Allison Sabia

Allison Sabia has extensive experience in executive leadership roles, specializing in driving growth and operational efficiencies. From February 2021 onwards, Allison has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Galco Industrial Electronics. Prior to that, they served as the President and Chief Operational Officer Consultant for mid-sized companies, providing guidance and implementing digital strategies to accelerate growth potential from February 2020 to October 2020.

Before their consulting role, Allison held various positions at Arrow Electronics starting in August 1996. These roles include Vice President and General Manager of Global eCommerce, where they successfully built a global business and achieved $2B in sales by 2019. Allison also served as Vice President of Sales and Operations, leading a team of 10 and overseeing a total staff of 1500. Additionally, Allison was the Director of Operations for the Aerospace and Defense division, where they transformed processes, expanded the customer base, and increased revenue. Throughout their tenure at Arrow Electronics, they consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills and a proven track record in driving results.
