Amanda Nguyen

Amanda Nguyen currently serves as the Director and HR Lead for U.S. Injectable Aesthetics at Galderma, a position held since April 2025, while also leading Talent and Development for the U.S. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Bacardi from July 2019 to April 2025 and various roles at Bacardi that focused on succession planning and HR strategy.
