Courtney Flynn, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in brand management and loyalty marketing across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Brand Manager for Loyalty Strategy at Galderma since March 2021, Courtney oversees B2B and B2C aesthetics loyalty programs, successfully redesigning the Galderma aesthetics B2B program and enhancing customer engagement through strategic program marketing and analytics. Prior to Galderma, Courtney held the position of Loyalty Marketing Manager at Neiman Marcus Group, managing the InCircle loyalty program and developing targeted engagement strategies. Experience at Smoothie King as Digital Marketing Manager included launching a loyalty program that gained one million sign-ups in its first year and significantly increasing email open rates. Courtney also has a strong foundation in marketing coordination, having supported marketing initiatives in various roles at Blue Williams LLP and The Princeton Review. Courtney holds a Master of Business Administration from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication with a focus on Public Relations from Louisiana State University.
