Florence Lomaglio

Florence Lomaglio currently serves as the Head of Global Risk and Investigations at Galderma since August 2023. Prior to this, Florence held several key positions at DKSH from December 2016 to June 2023, including Vice President of Group Governance, Risk and Compliance and Lead Counsel for the Group Healthcare & Consumer Goods sector. Florence's earlier experience includes a role as Senior Associate Lawyer at Indochina Legal and directorships in Swiss Hanoi Software Development JSC and the Swiss Business Association in Vietnam. Additionally, Florence contributed as Vice-Chairwoman of EuroCham Vietnam's Green Growth Sector Committee, promoting sustainable business practices. Florence began the legal career as an Associate Lawyer at BCCC Avocats Sàrl and CHPM in Japan. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws from Université de Neuchâtel and admission to both the Swiss bar and Solicitor status in England and Wales.
