Florencia Iramain

Florencia Iramain is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within human resources. Currently serving as Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Galderma since August 2018, Florencia oversees HR responsibilities for the Cono Sur region. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Arcos Dorados spanned from August 2010 to July 2018, where Florencia worked as an HR Business Partner, leading talent management and development processes, as well as managing the outsourcing of the Shared Services Center with a staff of 150. Earlier roles included Jefe de Capital Humano Corporativo and Analista Compensaciones & Beneficios, emphasizing the creation of leadership models and training plans.
