Iulia Karlsson

Iulia Karlsson, PhD, currently serves as the Interim Team Leader for Geo Launch PM and PLM and Launch Project Manager at Galderma, focusing on geographic product launches in collaboration with various functional teams. As the founder of both Kraft Mamas, a network for professional women balancing career and parenthood, and Enkel Vardag, a service providing household and business assistance, Iulia showcases entrepreneurial spirit. Additionally, as Co-founder and CEO of Mast Pharma AB, Iulia leads a pharmaceutical startup in pre-clinical development. Previous roles include Project Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Marketing Manager at TdB Labs AB, and various leadership positions in other organizations. Iulia holds a PhD in Medical Biology from Lund University and degrees from multiple institutions, showcasing a strong academic foundation in biology and related fields.
