Kathy McKee

Kathy McKee, MBA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis across various industries. Currently serving as an FP&A Professional at Galderma since February 2022, Kathy leads financial forecasting and planning for the U.S. business, focusing on risk assessment and variance analysis. Previously, Kathy held the position of Senior Intercompany Accountant at Alcon, where responsibilities included managing inter-company accounting processes and leading the SAP migration project. At Novartis, Kathy advanced through roles in financial controls and FP&A, overseeing month-end close activities and developing financial forecasts. Earlier career experiences include management roles at Denver Water and regional sales support at First Horizon Merchant Services. Kathy holds an MBA in Management from West Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Regis University.
