Leandra Wells

Leandra Wells, PhD, MBA, currently serves as the Country General Manager for Canada at Galderma, where the focus is on advancing dermatology with a commitment to scientific backing. Previously, Leandra held the position of VP, Business Unit Head for General Medicines at GSK, driving initiatives in a focused biopharma environment. Experience also includes a senior director role at Emergent BioSolutions, marketing director at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, and leadership positions at Allergan and Innomar Strategies Inc. Leandra has an extensive academic background with an HBSc in Genetics from Western University, a PhD in Molecular Developmental Biology from the University of Toronto, and an MBA from Schulich School of Business - York University. Additionally, Leandra has recently undertaken further education at McGill University.
