Simona de Luca

Simona De Luca is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in HR leadership and management roles across various organizations. At Galderma, from September 2012 to January 2019, Simona served as Head of Human Resources for Italy, playing a key role in country leadership and regional HR teams while implementing people strategies and managing change. Previous positions include HR Business Partner for Italy, Greece, Malta, and Cyprus, and HR Business Partner for Italy, focusing on performance management and employee relations. At Hillrom from January 2019 to August 2021, Simona held the position of Country Senior HR Manager, overseeing HR processes in a diverse workforce. Earlier experience includes roles at Carrefour as Store HR Manager, managing labor relations for a large team, and at Auchan as Store HR Specialist. Simona holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Personnel Organization from SDA Bocconi.
