Sophie Hersant-Molina is an experienced operations and project management professional with a strong background in the beauty and cosmetics industry. Currently serving as Operations Brand Partner for Cetaphil at Galderma since September 2018, Sophie has previously held multiple senior roles at L'Oréal from March 2008 to August 2018, including Senior Industrialization Project Manager, Senior Product Development Manager, and Senior Buyer at The Body Shop.
