Stephanie Moisson

Stephanie Moisson is a seasoned professional in the field of cosmetic and skincare product development, currently serving as the Global R&D Product Research Lead for Cetaphil and OTC brands at Galderma since November 2019. With a robust background in R&D, Stephanie has successfully led multiple innovation strategies across various skincare platforms, including acne treatments and antifungal products. Previous roles include R&D Technical Senior Manager at Nestlé, where product development for prominent brands such as ProActiv and Differin was spearheaded, and Technical Group Leader at Johnson & Johnson, overseeing product optimization and feasibility assessments. Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in Cosmetology from Paris-Sud University and a Master’s degree in Chemistry from Le Havre Normandy University, complementing extensive experience in both technical leadership and global project management within the skincare industry.
