Robyn Cauchy

Robyn (aka The Cauchy) journeys to the far reaches of the earth to seek out rare volcanic wines. She leads our ASK GALE practice and is passionate about bringing direct consumer input into strategy and UX decision-making through a range of primary research techniques. Robyn brings a decade of experience in business, marketing, and customer experience strategy to help our clients understand and influence their customers’ journeys to reinforce brand equity, affinity and purchase intent. Robyn spent four years working for a major North American bank which gives her a deep understanding of the financial services markets as well as first-hand experience with major change initiatives in a large organization.
