Camille Anne Sommer

Camille Anne Sommer is an experienced gastroenterologist currently practicing at Galen Medical Group since May 2019. Prior to this role, Camille worked at Gastroenterology Associates of Chattanooga from January 2014 to April 2019 and completed a fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from July 2010 to June 2013. Camille also served as Chief Resident and Internal Medicine Resident at the University at Buffalo from June 2006 to June 2010. Earlier in Camille's career, experience as a reporter for Sports Illustrated from 1999 to 2002 was gained. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine from the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo (2002-2006) and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Education from the City University of New York City College- Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education (1994-1999).
