Paulo Ilha

Paulo Ilha has a diverse work experience in the field of media and communication. Paulo is currently the Founder and Chief Media Officer at Galeria Estratégia e Comunicação since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at DPZ&T as a Partner, Vice-President of Media and Business Intelligence from September 2016 to August 2021. Before that, they served as the Media Director at Africa from May 2010 to August 2016. Paulo'searlier roles include being a Senior Media Supervisor at Young & Rubicam from May 2009 to May 2010, and at LDC from January 2008 to May 2009.

Paulo Ilha graduated from FURB - Universidade de Blumenau in 2006 with a degree in Advertising. In 2015, they attended Stanford University for an Executive Program in business. Additionally, in 2010, they completed a program in Gestão de Pessoas e Liderança at Ibmec.
