Rosalyn Watson

Rosalyn Watson serves as the Vice President of Clinical Operations at Galerie Living since September 2025. Previously, Rosalyn held the position of Chief Wellness and Compliance Officer at AgeWell Solvere Living from October 2023 to September 2025, and was a member of Chief between June 2022 and January 2024, an organization focused on empowering women in executive roles. Rosalyn's extensive experience includes roles such as Senior Vice President of Wellness at Bridge Senior Living, Chief Clinical Officer and Executive Vice President of Clinical and Compliance at Milestone Retirement Communities, and Chief Wellness Officer at Validus Senior Living. Rosalyn’s career also encompasses diverse leadership positions at Compass Pointe Healthcare System, Sagora Senior Living, and Century Park Associates, where responsibilities included policy development, regulatory compliance, and clinical oversight. Rosalyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
