Raed al-Sadi

Raed Al-Sadi is a seasoned professional in engineering and project management, currently serving as the Head of PMO at Galfar Engineering & Contracting SAOG since June 2012. In this role, Raed established KPIs to enhance performance, implemented transformational procedures, and drove cost control initiatives while managing client relationships. Previously, Raed held the position of Technical Advisor to the CEO, focusing on corporate governance and providing strategic advice. Raed's earlier experience includes roles as Project Manager at Al-Qasmi National Trading and Construction Co and Al Hajer National, as well as Chief Engineer at the Ministry of Industry, demonstrating a strong background in operations and project management. Raed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Building and Construction Engineering from the University of Technology, Iraq.
