Mathieu Becker

Mathieu Becker is currently serving as Directeur juridique et conformité at GALIAN since January 2024, where responsibilities include membership on the executive committee and oversight of compliance verification. Previously, from 2017 to 2023, Mathieu held the position of Directeur Juridique Groupe at Groupe CCF, playing a pivotal role in M&A transactions and managing a legal team of 20. Additional board positions include memberships on the boards of several financial institutions, such as SOMAFI-SOGUAFI and Banque des Caraïbes. Mathieu has extensive experience in legal management within the banking and insurance sectors, having held various leadership and advisory roles at Banque PSA Finance and other organizations since the mid-1990s, with a strong educational background in European and German business law from prestigious institutions.
