Silvia Alburquerque Espinosa has extensive experience in human resources and risk prevention, currently serving as Directora and Coordinadora at Galiempleo since February 2014, where responsibilities include supervising work processes and managing recruitment efforts. Silvia also holds the title of Responsable dpto. personas and of the Huelva delegation, focusing on branch restructuring and procedural modifications. In addition, Silvia has been a Formadora profesional at Fomento de Formacion y Proteccion SL since October 2019, developing and delivering training courses in human resources and risk prevention.
