Crystal Evans

Crystal Evans has over 15 years of work experience, primarily in the field of talent development and operations. Crystal'smost recent role was as the Director of People Operations at Galileo since June 2022. Before that, Crystal worked for PerfectServe for 16 years, holding various positions in training and development, client services, and implementation. Crystal began their career at PerfectServe as a Client Services Associate in November 2006 and worked their way up to Director of Talent Operations before leaving in June 2022. Throughout their career, Crystal has demonstrated expertise in needs analysis, content design, coaching, recruitment, and client consultation.

Crystal Evans attended St. Louis Community College from 2000 to 2002 and received an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies. Crystal then went on to the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 2002 to 2005 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric. In 2014 and 2015, Crystal obtained additional certifications including a Training Certificate and an Advanced E-Learning Instructional Design Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
