Heather Berretta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Service at Gallagher Fluid Seals since 2013, Heather previously held the position of Customer Service Coordinator for the Pre-engineered Division at Keystone Fire Protection Co. from 2009 to 2013. Heather's career began at Ivymor Contractors, Inc. as Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing accounts receivable and payable, payroll, tax processing, corporate insurance policies, and overseeing various operational and regulatory compliance tasks. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Arcadia University and a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching from Gwynedd Mercy University.
