Hannah H. Porter

Hannah concentrates in civil litigation and has represented clients in a wide variety of areas, including breach of contract, fraud, business ownership disputes, defamation, trade secrets, and probate litigation. She has handled matters at all stages of litigation, including through trial and appeal, in both state and federal courts. After law school, Hannah clerked for Justice Robert M. Brutinel of the Arizona Supreme Court. Her time spent “behind-the-scenes” gave her a unique insight into a judge’s perspective and concerns that she applies every day in her own practice. In addition, Hannah has significant experience in the public bidding and procurement arena, both protesting and defending contract awards at the city and state level. Hannah has been named a Rising Star by Southwest Super Lawyers since 2016 and has been recognized by Best Lawyer: Ones to Watch.
