Terry Trent

Terry Trent is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in estimating and project management. Currently serving as Chief Estimator at Gallant Building Solutions since 2011, Terry has previously held the role of Team Lead Estimator at Leopardo Construction from 2004 to 2011, and Director of Pre-Construction Services at RAS Builders from 1998 to 2004. Earlier career highlights include positions as Superintendent, Project Manager, and Estimator at Capitol Construction Group (1994-1998) and Owner of JT Construction (1981-1994). Terry's career began as Division VIII Construction Manager at Church's Chicken (1977-1981). Educationally, Terry holds an Associate's Degree in Construction Management from Triton College, earned between 1975 and 1977.
