José Pablo (JP) also led the Campbell's Soups & V8 businesses and co-authored the communications strategy for a new product launch for SABMiller in Latin America. This successful campaign helped secure the piece of business for the agency. Before joining The Bravo Group, JP Rodriguez worked at Dieste Inc. (Omnicom Group) from July 2000 to September 2011 as a Group Director, Brand Leadership. José Pablo (JP) started their career in 1997 at Circulo Lowe (Interpublic Group) as an Account Executive and also briefly worked at Bausch & Lomb as a Manager from August 1998 to April 1999.

From 1993 to 1997, they attended Babson College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing & Entrepreneurship. Seeking further knowledge and expertise, they enrolled at Columbia University from 2004 to 2007 and successfully completed a Master of Science degree in Strategic Communications. Continuing their pursuit of continuous learning, in 2007, JP participated in the Omnicom University Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
