Yolanda Valencia has a diverse work experience. Yolanda started their career as the Sr. Director Human Resources at Miami Dolphins & Dolphins Stadium in 2000 and held that role until 2014. In 2007, they joined Switchboard, Inc. as a member of the Board of Directors, serving until 2016. In 2015, they became the Vice President HR + Corporate Philanthropy at Galleria Farms. Yolanda Valencia has also served on the Board of Directors for Voices For Children Foundation since 2017 and on the Board of Directors for JCS - Jewish Community Services of South Florida since 2021.
Yolanda Valencia holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources from Nova Southeastern University- Wayne Huizenga School of Business. Yolanda also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Miami.
