Carolina Sant'Anna Ribas Farha has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Carolina started their career as an intern and analyst at Citi, where they worked in the Credit and Collections departments, contributing to profitability analysis, sales processes, credit policies, and debt renegotiation. Carolina then joined Credicard as a Risk Management intern and analyst, responsible for conducting studies, projections, and profitability models for card portfolios, as well as collaborating with various departments to launch new products and improve financial performance.

Carolina later transitioned to Banco Santander, where they worked as an Analyst in the Credit Risk Sector, focusing on credit risk analysis and assessment. Carolina developed expertise in risk evaluation and documentation, managing credit lines for corporate clients.

Continuing their career progression, Carolina joined Inbrands as a Coordinator of Business Intelligence and later as a Planning Manager. At Inbrands, they led planning and purchasing activities, contributing to the company's operational efficiency. Carolina also managed management information services and developed risk policies in coordination with the Global Risk Management division.

Most recently, Carolina joined Cia. Hering as a Commercial E-commerce Coordinator. In this role, they oversaw commercial operations, focusing on e-commerce activities. Carolina managed coordination with various internal departments, ensuring smooth operations and effective sales strategies.

Currently, Carolina holds the position of Head of Planning and Purchasing at Gallerist blog & shop, where they are responsible for strategic planning and purchasing activities.

Carolina Sant’Anna Ribas Farha completed their education history as follows. In 1992, they attended Colégio Santo Américo in São Paulo, where they pursued their primary and secondary education. From 2003 to 2007, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado. In 2019, they enrolled in a short course at FAAP in the field of Business & Fashion. Additionally, in the same year, they also completed an Executive Formation Program in Retail Business Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
