Patrice Gautier holds extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as Responsable achat viande et valorisation coproduits at Gallianc since October 2018. Additionally, Patrice has been with Gastronomie as Responsable achat viande groupe Gastronomie since January 2008. Educationally, Patrice completed a BAC+3 TS in Emballage Alimentaire at ISECA Pouzaugues in 1994 and earned a BTS in Agro Alimentaire from Les Etablières in 1993.
