Timothy Noel

Timothy Noel possesses extensive experience in finance and management, currently serving as Associate Director at Galliard Capital Management since December 2013. Prior roles include Senior Associate in Client Portfolio Analysis and Stable Value Contracts Management, as well as an Associate in Fund Accounting. Timothy also held the position of State Program Administrator Principal at MnDOT/Office of Finance, where responsibilities included financial reporting and auditing for the MN State Road Construction budget. Earlier career highlights include being a Principal Revenue Tax Specialist at the Minnesota Department of Revenue, managing audits for corporate tax returns, and serving as Branch Manager at TCF Bank, overseeing branch operations. Timothy began the professional journey as an Assistant Manager at Walgreens and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Winona State University, complemented by a minor in Geography.
