Alison Wood

Alison joined the Board as Non-executive Director with effect from 1 April 2022 and was appointed Chair of the Board and Chair of the Nomination Committee on 21 September 2022. Alison has extensive experience from previous roles including Group Strategic Director at BAE Systems, Global Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at National Grid PLC. Alison is a Non-executive Director at TT Electronics PLC, Capricorn Energy PLC, Oxford Instruments PLC and the British Standards Institution.
