Rebecca Hayward

Rebecca Hayward is an experienced legal and procurement professional currently serving as the Global Head of Contracts, Procurement and Supply Chain at Fortescue since April 2011, with a progression through various legal and managerial roles within the company. Additionally, Rebecca holds the position of Non Executive Director and Chair of the Sustainability and Risk Committee at Panoramic Resources Limited since June 2018. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Associate in Construction and Major Projects at Clayton Utz from February 2006 to April 2011. Academically, Rebecca obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) in Construction Law from the University of Melbourne between 2012 and 2014, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (Hons) from Deakin University from 2000 to 2004.
