Liam Radigan

Liam Radigan is an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in heavy civil and water/wastewater projects. Currently serving at Gallo Construction Corporation, Liam leads the Spruce Street Parking Garage project with an $8.2 million contract value. Previously, Liam held project management roles at W.M. Schultz Construction and Kiewit, focusing on water and wastewater projects. Prior to these roles, Liam accumulated valuable operational management experience at Smarte Carte, overseeing large hub airport operations, implementing Lean Six Sigma principles, and achieving significant revenue growth and efficiency improvements. Liam holds a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University and an Associate of General Studies from Rio Salado College.
