Fabien Perez

Fabien Perez currently serves as Manager of Operations at Gallo Glass Company since January 2015, overseeing the coordination of mold-making and polishing activities while applying expertise in glass container forming techniques and quality standards. Previously, Fabien held roles including Technical Team Leader 2 and Process Engineer, where responsibilities included supervising teams, managing work schedules, training, troubleshooting production issues, and integrating new equipment. Prior experience includes working as a Quality Engineer at E. & J. Gallo Winery from June 2012 to January 2015. Fabien earned a Bachelor of Science degree in BioResource and Agricultural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2012.
