Pedro Tchmola

Pedro Tchmola has extensive experience in operations management within the beverage and manufacturing industries, currently serving as Director of Operations at Gallo Glass Company since March 2021 and as Senior Operations Manager at E. & J. Gallo Winery since December 2019. Tchmola has been with O-I since 2011, where responsibilities as Plant Manager include overseeing continuous manufacturing operations and performance measures. Previous roles include Line Development Manager and Engineering Manager at Rexam Beverage Can from 2004 to 2008. Tchmola holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade de Taubaté, an MBA from ISAE/FGV, and completed the Wine Executive Program at the University of California, Davis in 2015.
