Joe Manning is an experienced operations and project manager with a robust background in the mechanical construction industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at KLC INC since January 2024, Joe also holds the position of Project Manager at Gallo Mechanical, LLC since August 2020, where a commitment to nurturing talent is emphasized. Previously, Joe was Lead Project Manager at Pm Mech from May 2014 to August 2021, after serving as Field Superintendent at both Pm Mechanical and EB Construction, where oversight of significant construction projects and government mechanical jobs was demonstrated. Joe holds an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Jefferson State Community College, completed in June 1989.
