Alicia Randolph is the Founder and CEO of Randolph Consulting Services, established in 1998, providing project management and program development consulting across various sectors in the US and Canada. Alicia serves as a Certified Gallup Strengthsfinder Coach and facilitates coaching and training sessions through organizations such as Ascend Advantage, The Leadership Challenge®, and Everything DiSC. With experience in leadership training at Georgia Tech Research Institute and health education at Oak Ridge Associated Universities, Alicia has developed a reputation for creating engaging learning environments. Alicia's educational background includes a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from North Carolina Wesleyan University.
