Ed O'Neal

Ed O'Neal is a seasoned leadership and performance coach with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Leadership & Performance Coach at Unfazed Leadership LLC and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach at Gallup, Ed also holds multiple coaching credentials, including Certified Global Leadership & Team Coach at Global Coach Group and Certified Executive Coach with Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. Prior to these roles, Ed spent over 17 years at Progress Rail, A Caterpillar Company, where responsibilities included Vice President of Leadership Development and Vice President of Multiple Functions, overseeing areas such as Human Resources and Quality & Continuous Improvement. Ed's military background includes service as a Medical Service Corps Aviator in the United States Army Reserve and as an Aeromedical Evacuation Officer in the U.S. Army. Educational qualifications include a BS in Health Services Administration from Auburn University, an MS in Personnel Management from Troy University, and additional studies in Religion at Reformed Theological Seminary.
