Jim Collison

Jim Collison serves as the CliftonStrengths Community Manager at Gallup, a position held since July 2007, where production of the Called to Coach and CliftonStrengths Webcasts occurs. Previously, Jim held roles including Associate at Cadence International from 1997 to 2008, focusing on Chapel Ministries at Offutt AFB; Director of Enterprise Information Management at Omnium Worldwide from January 2006 to July 2007, where a new business intelligence platform was deployed; and Data Warehouse Analyst at Commercial Federal Bank from January 1999 to December 2005, contributing to the development of an enterprise data warehouse and supporting marketing initiatives. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Bible/Humanities from Grace University between 1993 and 1997.
