John Augusto

John Augusto currently serves as the Executive Director of Leadership and Institutional Development at Kennesaw State University, a role focused on developing leadership programs aligned with institutional goals. With extensive experience as a CliftonStrengths Coach at Gallup and a Strategic Consultant at ETS, John has a strong background in coaching and collaborating with higher education institutions. Previously, as Associate Dean at Georgia State University, John built external partnerships and led strategic initiatives, while at The University of Kansas, John held several positions, including Assistant Vice Provost for Experiential Learning, where efforts significantly increased participation in experiential learning and improved post-graduation metrics. John's educational background includes a PhD and a Master's degree in Education and a Bachelor's degree in English from The University of Kansas and Washburn University.
