Laurelle Vingoe

Laurelle Vingoe is a seasoned professional in coaching and consulting, currently serving as a Certified Strengths Coach and Facilitator at Laurelle Vingoe Coaching and Consulting and as a Senior Consultant at PunkPD since July 2024. Vingoe is also a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach at Gallup since January 2022. Previously, Vingoe held various managerial roles at The Australian National University from November 2015 to July 2024, including Manager of Operations and Head of Advancement Solutions. Earlier career experience includes positions at Wadham College, The Revival Company, Brunel University, Exeter College, and Oxford University Development Office, focusing on fundraising and development efforts. Vingoe holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and an MSc in Psychological Research Methods from Lancaster University, along with a Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Organisational Development from AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
