Mary Santoro

Mary Santoro is an accomplished professional in career services and higher education, currently serving as the Director of Career Services at the RWU Center for Career and Professional Development since May 2017. Santoro has extensive experience in overseeing comprehensive career development initiatives and student relations programs, effectively collaborating with employers to enhance recruitment. In addition to leadership roles at RWU, including Associate Director and Career Advisor, Santoro also contributes as an Adjunct Faculty member in the School of Engineering, Computing, and Construction Management, and as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, emphasizing strengths-based development in the workforce. Santoro holds a Master of Science in Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Roger Williams University.
