Sundara Nagarajan

Sundara Nagarajan currently serves as the Managing Director at Innovation ScaleUp Advisors Pvt Ltd, a role held since April 2018, focusing on assisting innovators and investors in the deeptech and digital-tech sectors. As a Founding Member of the OKRs Coach Network at OKRs.com since March 2019 and a Charter Member of TiE Bangalore since June 2019, Nagarajan actively supports technology start-ups through mentorship and entrepreneurship education. Additionally, Nagarajan is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, working with technologists to foster innovation and leadership development. An Adjunct Faculty member at the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore since January 1999, Nagarajan teaches tech entrepreneurship and mentors innovators. Previous roles include Operating Partner at Indusage Partners, Technical Director at NetApp, and various senior positions at Hewlett-Packard and IPVALUE Management. Nagarajan holds a Master’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Government Engineering College, Thrissur.
