The Staffing Team at Galt Foundation is responsible for sourcing, vetting, and placing qualified candidates, particularly individuals with disabilities, into suitable employment positions. They collaborate closely with state government contracts as well as private sector HR and inclusion specialists to ensure the right match between talent and client needs, thereby promoting inclusive employment opportunities.
