At Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, Altshul routinely managed large international and cross-functional teams on significant corporate transactions and corporate deal finance matters. Amy also provided corporate governance support to publicly traded companies in the US and UK.

Amy Altshul graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Chemistry. Amy then went on to earn their Doctor of Law (JD) from Cornell University.
