Sander Chan

Sander Chan is an experienced academic and researcher in the field of environmental governance, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Radboud University since September 2022. With a long tenure at the German Institute of Development and Sustainability (IDOS) since January 2015 as both a Senior and Associated Researcher, Sander focuses on transnational climate governance and the roles of non-state actors in global climate and sustainability initiatives. Sander also holds key positions such as a Steering Committee Member for Galvanizing the Groundswell of Climate Actions and has been involved in various research and advocacy roles across multiple prestigious institutions, including the Global Center on Adaptation and the European Economic and Social Committee.
