Cameron Ruble

Cameron Ruble currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Galway Sustainable Capital, Inc since April 2024. Prior to this role, Cameron held the position of Managing Director, Talent at Longview Innovation from February 2016 to April 2024, overseeing human capital operations and talent advisory for the firm and its portfolio. Previous experience includes a Director role in Talent and Human Resources at Renmatix, where responsibilities encompassed both talent acquisition and commercial development. Cameron also worked at Heidrick & Struggles, growing from Associate to Associate Principal, and managed end-to-end search execution. Cameron's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s Degree from Columbia University, along with attendance at Mercersburg Academy.
