Catherine Donohoe

Catherine Donohoe is the current General Manager of Mayo University Hospital at Galway University Hospitals. Catherine has previously worked for the HSE in various posts including Deputy Hospital Manager, Patient Services Manager, Communications Department, Finance Department and Department of the Deputy CEO. Prior to that, they worked for the South Eastern Health Board in various posts from March 1994 to April 2006.

Catherine Donohoe completed their MSc in Health Leadership and Management from RCSI (in conjunction with National University of Ireland).

Their manager is Tony Canavan, CEO. They work with John Morrison - Director of Women’s & Children’s MCAN, Jo Shortt - Group Portfolio Manager, and Siobhan Canny - Group Director of Midwifery.
